Frequently asked questions

The ñ is directly on the ";" key of this Spanish keyboard (Shift gives Ñ). Just click it or press that key on your physical keyboard.
Accented vowels use the dead accent key on the "'" key — type ´ then the vowel — or copy á é í ó ú from the characters grid. The inverted question mark ¡ and exclamation ¿ are on the "=" key.
Spanish uses the acute accent to mark stress and to distinguish words, e.g. sí (yes) vs si (if), tú (you) vs tu (your). Rules follow syllable stress: words ending in a vowel, -n or -s stress the second-to-last syllable.
